 Registration fee includes:

• Conference Materials

• Welcome Reception on Sunday, 6th September 2015

The conference registration fee does not include the conference dinner or accommodation. The price of the conference dinner is 50€.

Accompanying person registration fee includes: 

• Welcome cocktail
• Conference dinner 
• Tourist visit

• Your registration is not valid until payment has been received.
• A copy of proof of payment can be uploaded to the system by selecting the "modify/review registration" option. Then select the view/attached documentation tab.
• Early bird payments must be received by the 30th of June 2015.

 Cancellation policy  

• Any change/cancellation must be addressed to the Technical Secretariat in writing: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• Participants cancelling before July 15th, 2015 will receive a refund minus a 50€ administration fee.
• No refunds can be made for cancellations after July 15th, 2015. Please bear in mind that a name change is allowed and that people who change the name may request the conference documentation.
• Liability - Delegates are required to comply with the rules and regulations governing the applicable venue and/or accommodation. The delegates are recommended to insure any property brought onto, or left, at the venue and/or the accommodation as any such propery is brought onto, or left, at the venue at their own risk.
• In the event that the ECMM2015 conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Conference Organisers or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Conference Organisers, the Conference Organisers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, or any other indirect losses or consequential damages.

Under these circumstances, the Conference Organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future conference, or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the Conference and which could not be recovered from third parties.
